These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the UK Drone Dynamics website and the aerial imaging and drone services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

UK Drone Dynamics provides professional aerial imaging, drone survey, construction progression documentation, 360 imaging, and related aerial services across the United Kingdom. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of any engagement will be set out in a separate written quotation or service agreement.

All operations are conducted in compliance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations, under the Open and Specific categories as applicable, by A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC) qualified and CAA registered operators.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices are in GBP and may be subject to VAT. Any quote is an estimate based on the information provided; a final price will be confirmed in a service agreement.

Aerial operations are weather-dependent and subject to airspace and safety restrictions. We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule any operation where conditions do not permit safe and legal flight, at no additional cost to the client.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled operation may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover mobilisation costs already incurred.

The client is responsible for providing accurate site information, ensuring appropriate access and permissions for the location, and notifying us of any hazards, restrictions, or third-party permissions required. The client must ensure they have the right to commission aerial work at the proposed location.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in all imagery, video, and data produced remains with UK Drone Dynamics. Upon full payment, the client is granted a licence to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose. Raw footage and unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed.

You may not resell, sub-licence, or transfer deliverables without our written consent.

Payment terms are as set out in the service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payment may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single engagement is limited to the total fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We maintain public liability insurance appropriate to our operations.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, airspace restrictions, or events of force majeure.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. All content on this website, including text, imagery, and branding, is owned by UK Drone Dynamics and may not be reproduced without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
